  • Kyle will work with you and your life’s constraints to develop a realistic strengthening program. You’ll be set up with an app that will lay everything out for you.

    Any amount of equipment is acceptable

  • Unsure if you’re doing it right?

    You can send a video of your form to Kyle and he will tell you what’s worth addressing. He finds that beginners often hyper-fixate on small details when they should be focussed on building the habit and getting their reps in.

    Alternatively, you can book a ‘Form Audit’ with Kyle at Stride Massage Therapy if you feel that some in-person guidance would suit you best.

  • Arguably, the greatest value gained from hiring a trainer is having someone hold you accountable. Anyone can exercise for 2 weeks when they’re feeling inspired, but most people don’t see results due to a lack of consistency.

    Having a program that you have paid for, and a trainer that’s looking forward to the weekly check-in will greatly improve program adherence.

  • If you have the space, budget and desire to build a home gym— whether that be a mat and dumbbells or a whole squat rack and cable tower— Kyle can provide advice to get the most out of your money and avoid gimmicks.
